We are dedicated to helping individuals and families recover from disasters big and small. We have the skills and drive of a corporate team with the compassion and individualized care that only a small, locally owned business can provide. Our courteous and highly trained technicians are on-call 24/7 ready to assess damages and safely repair your inflicted property.

Our history

About a decade ago, CEO and founder, Spencer Yaklin, started out on his own to build what is now a successful full-scale disaster restoration business. Spencer has worked in the construction industry all his life. Spencer remembers it this way; “My father was an entrepreneur in the concrete business. I remember running around my dad’s house and other job sites long before I was even able to ride a bike—swinging my hammer and other tools around and building things out of scrap my dad had tossed aside. As I grew up, I learned to drive tractors, excavators and other heavy equipment before even getting a drivers license. Those were happy times that I couldn’t have known at the time, would be the foundation for building my future in the restoration business.

Building, repairing and restoring commercial, residential, and industrial properties is not a just a job for Spencer but a way of life. He enjoys working with his hands and helping people to realize their dreams as it relates to construction. Spencer puts it this way; “I built Advance Restoration with my bare hands and the knowledge gained working alongside my family. Today, I bring that same attitude and work ethic to each and every loss claim, as does our entire team here at Advance Restoration. I truly care about the individuals I am privileged to work with and I guarantee your project will have my undivided attention, and exemplary service from our staff”.

Since the early days, Advance Restoration has grown and flourished. It’s decade long history is one of integrity, service, and quality when it comes to water damage repairs, fire damage, storm damage, or other disaster related restoration and repair. Their mission has always been to raise the bar for standards of excellence in the restoration industry and they do that by serving their clients needs first, not their own. “We develop and maintain loyal and enduring relationships with our residential, commercial, and industrial clients by being responsive, empathetic, truthful and engaged”.

Today, Advance Restoration is still owned and run by Spencer, CEO who has employed many family members over the years from brothers to cousins to his aunt, who currently holds the title of marketing director. Many of those family members have cut their teeth in this business and moved on to other successful careers in and out of the industry, but one thing remains certain—the door is always open.
