Estimator/Project Manager

Are you an experienced commercial and residential estimator with experience writing losses in Xactimate and looking to advance your career in the restoration industry? If so, this role is for you!

We are a family-owned and operated company poised for growth. We are in need of a successful, experienced estimator handling mitigation and reconstruction losses for our office. This is a full-time position open for immediate hire.

  • Effective communicator with a professional disposition

Mitigation & Warehouse Manager Position

The Warehouse and Mitigation Manager will promote and enforce a safe work environment and safe work practices for all trade contractors and the overall construction site. The Manager will also supervise and coordinate various contractors to ensure their contracts are fulfilled on schedule, in accordance with plans and specifications, while ensuring a quality product for the owner.

As a warehouse manager, you are ready for a fast-paced environment. The warehouse supervisor is responsible for maintaining company vehicles and equipment, scheduling shipping and receiving product and materials, managing daily warehouse operations, and assisting management with project needs. This supervisor will work closely with key departments such as the production team, customer service, sales, and management to ensure on-time deliveries. This candidate must have the ability to operate both independently and as part of a team environment, must be able to multi-task and have good communication skills

Required Experience: 5 + years in insurance restoration


  • Scope and inspect various mitigation damages such as water, fire, mold, and wind damage to building and roofing materials
  • Conduct deconstruction and reconstruction for flood, mold, sewage, wind, and fire losses
  • Enforce corporate and OSHA safety policies on the job site, providing key responsibility for safety compliance in the field
  • Supervise, coordinate, and sequence contractors’ work
  • Develop site logistic plans for entire project with assistance to maximize productivity and minimize impacts to building occupants
  • Management budget, control costs, and monitor potential changes from contractors
  • Operate mitigation machinery (including but not limited to: extraction machine, mop-up pump, dehumidifiers, and all other industry mitigation equipment)

Field Supervisor-Water/Fire/Mold

We are looking for a Water Restoration Supervisor. You will be expected to supervise and produce mitigation work on a daily basis to accomplish daily and weekly production goals. You will also be responsible to work along side your team to teach, train/coach, and help meet all production goals. The ability to perform dry-out procedures and mold remediation will be required as well.

Key Responsibilities as our Water Restoration Supervisor: 

  • Oversee, mentor, and monitor technicians performing dry-out procedures and mold remediation.
  • Front line and first responder for our company.
  • Inspect site and present solutions to the customer.
  • Obtain/create daily reports from technicians that document equipment used and work performed.
  • Through working with the Mitigation Manager, learn to use use Xactimate software to create billing for work performed.
  • Work closely with the Mitigation Manager/Project Coordinator ensuring proper schedule flow & timely job completion.
  • Effectively communicate with technicians, colleagues, and customers.
  • Sign up new customers and have contracts signed to begin mitigation work.
  • Ensure projects are completed in established time frame and in accordance with IICRC guidelines.

Water & Sewage

  • Performs dry-out procedures, becomes familiar with the technical aspects (Psychrometry, Second Law of thermodynamics), and uses appropriate equipment (Dehumidifiers, Desiccants and Refrigerants, water extractors, etc)
  • Uses and interprets moisture meters and infrared camera.
  • Locates the history of the building, determines if asbestos or mold is present and finds out the category, age and source of the water loss (I, II, III)
  • Assess damage to determine work scope, including pictures, record of temperature / relative humidity and moisture % readings in affected areas and unaffected areas within the building and outdoors.
  • Communicates findings to insurance company, and if need be the owner.
  • Extract water, remove wet carpet and padding, and carefully move furniture to mark and cut wet drywall.
  • Completes daily reports that document equipment used and work performed.
  • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment.
  • Cleans site daily and at end of job to ensure owner satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Must become familiar with and be able to visually recognize mold.
  • Investigates job site thoroughly to ensure mold is contained.
  • Uses appropriate equipment for mold remediation (air scrubber / negative air machine), and especially HEPA filters, ensures it is clean and working properly.
  • Assesses and performs destructive testing (DT) to determine work scope.
  • Perform remediation procedures safely, wear proper PPE, responsible for containment setup, setting engineering controls in place to assure negative pressure, carefully demo affected areas, dispose of debris, and detail cleaning.

Experience / Physical Requirements: 
3 Years preferred water damage mitigation.
IICRC Certifications preferred. Basic general construction experience desired, HVAC technician background a plus.
Able to wear a full body suit and a full face respirator and work in confined spaces and hot working environments with limited visibility.

Water Mitigation Technician

Job Duties, but not limited to:

  • Responding to losses, assessing the damage, and establishing a plan to mitigate the structure from further loss
  • Documenting losses by taking photos of affected areas, getting appropriate documents signed, collecting moisture readings and generating moisture maps for each loss.
  • Ability to learn and utilize DASH digital documentation software for all jobs
  • Setting standard and specialty drying equipment
  • Removing affected flooring, walls and ceilings as needed in order to mitigate losses
  • Cleaning, demolishing, decontaminating, and restoring all or part of the entire building envelope in residential and commercial buildings (and contents) damaged by fire, smoke, water, mold, biological contamination, vandalism or other disasters
  • Taking flooring samples to send to ITEL
  • Communicating work details with property owners or managers, team members, and insurance personnel
  • Maintaining a neat and orderly job site and obeying all safety rules and regulations in order to prevent work injuries
  • Keeping assigned work truck fully stocked and clean on a daily basis • Assisting other departments as needed (support the reconstruction division by helping carpenters and other trade members)
  • Having the capability to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagrammatic form


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least ` year of experience, with an IICRC WRT Certification
  • Must be able work in a fast paced, team based environment along with building relationships based on trust
  • Must be able to use basic tools, such as screwdriver, wrench, hammer crowbar, and power tools
  • Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, and balance
  • Must be able to perform each task wearing all of the required PPE devices, including full and half-face respirators, Tyvek suit, rubber boots, eye protection and gloves
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions, snow, rain, cold and heat
  • Must beable to complete assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Must have a valid driver’ s license and a clean driving record, as well as reliable transportation
  • Must complete a full employment screening
  • Must be available to work overtime and weekends, and participate in the on-call rotation for emergency after hours calls as a first responder
