Our history
More than a decade ago, CEO and founder, Spencer Yaklin, started out on his own to build what is now a successful full-scale disaster restoration business. Spencer has worked in the construction industry all his life. Spencer remembers it this way; “My father was an entrepreneur in the concrete business. I remember running around my dad’s house and other job sites long before I was even able to ride a bike—swinging my hammer and other tools around and building things out of scrap my dad had tossed aside. As I grew up, I learned to drive tractors, excavators and other heavy equipment before even getting a drivers license. Those were happy times that I couldn’t have known at the time, would be the foundation for building my future in the restoration business. I built Advance Restoration with my bare hands and the knowledge gained working alongside my family. Today, I bring that same attitude and work ethic to each and every loss claim, as does our entire team here at Advance Restoration.”
