“A pipe burst in my bathroom with damage to the kitchen. Spencers team was on-site an hour after our meeting. His team worked with efficiency being respectful of my home with a pleasant attitude. My house was secured, removing damaged materials and initiating the drying process that took between 3-4 days with oversight by his team. My floors were protected and the house left clean with all garbage removed from the site. He also worked with the ins. co. providing all information and resolution of the claim. They did all the immediate response, arriving at my house less than 90 minutes after I called. They tore down and removed everything that was damaged, recording what was destroyed for insurance purposes. They did the demo work for my kitchen remodel. And, they did the mold testing and remediation in my basement. Throughout, they were communicative and professional and friendly. They helped me negotiate with my insurance company and this help led to a much higher reimbursement from my insurance than I would have ever gotten myself. I was so pleased and recommend them 100%!”

The gentlemen were very professional, kind and I feel that they went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure that everything was repaired properly, disinfected and cleaned.
